TenantInsurances exists because the information available to renters is either written by insurers or buried in a comparison funnel. We write the version we wanted when we first rented: what the policy covers, what it costs, and which exclusions decide the outcome.
How we are funded
Commission from links to providers, and nothing else. No insurer pays for placement in a comparison, and no provider sees an article before it is published. The affiliate disclosure explains exactly how that works.
What we are not
- Not a broker, and not authorised to advise on insurance
- Not able to arrange, amend or cancel a policy
- Not a substitute for reading the policy wording before you buy
How we keep it honest
- Prices are shown as ranges, with the assumptions stated
- Exclusions get their own section, not a footnote
- Every page carries a review date, and we revise when the market moves
Corrections
If something here is wrong, or a provider has changed its terms, tell us and we will fix it and note the change. Corrections take priority over new articles.
